Shelly we (Larry, Liz, Loyd, Betsy, Terri, David and Randy all missed you at our mini Golden Gate Park Bluegrass festival first weekend in October.

How about next year?

It really was fun. It was crowded but the nights at Larry's were well worth the trip. I'll be practicing so next year I may even sing and play in tune!!!

Loyd all of you did a great job playing and singing together. You are a great musician Loyd, you just need to know that! Going to the Bluegrass festival is an experience that I will never forget. I had a wonderful time with a lot of fantastic people. I have always enjoyed San Francisco. It really is a city of love and magic. I knew that the first time I rode a cable car in 1962. Whenever I have returned, the City has never disappointed me!!! Until the next time.

Thanks for the memories you brought back Randy. You'll be missed greatly and by many. May you and the peace you were looking for find the happiness you couldn't find here.

I too am saddened at Randy's passing. I regret not attending the reunion as I now will never get the chance to see Randy again. I remember in high school, whenever I was down in the dumps, Randy would always say "What do you have to be down about. We are all very lucky to have great friends and live where we live". He was right and always made me feel better. I remember exactly what he looked like in school. He had a little scar in his eyebrow and was very good looking as well as such a positive person.

In fact, as I go through our high school list of names, the memories come flooding back. I can remember more of those times than I can remember what I did last week.

AnywaY, I miss all you guys and would love to hear from you. I live in Texas now but visit California quite often.

All my best to everyone.

Wasn't is just yesterday that we were all sunning ourselves near the pier? Beach blankets overlapping, friends laughing...the hugs and kisses good-by as we hopped on our bikes or caught the bus to go home.

I'll remember Randy's big smile and bright mind. He made me think about my life, my country. We were going to celebrate our 60th birthdays this August on my annual trip to California for a family reunion.

Every day I wake up thankful...for another day..and for friends...past, present and future. I am thankful for Randy.

Would love to hear from more old friends.

He was a very kind and compassionate person. his smile was contagious and he always had a kind word when it was needed the most. I was recently in touch with him thru this website and his comments to me brought a lot of inner smiles.

WOW !

i can't believe all the responses i've received since the announcement of the passing of our site founder and friend, randy.

i'm hearing alot about a 45th reunion...

keep communicating here and on facebook and maybe we can swing it - i think we've all reached the "adult" part of our lives where we can pony up for a BIG PARTY (roflmao!)

keep on keeping on !
