From Al Jones to Rusty:
Joe Randle passed away yesterday [specific date unknown] of a heart attack. He had been battling lung cancer and had just completed 7 weeks of chemo.

So sorry to hear the news about Joe. He was a nearby neighbor just a few doors down the street. Just a lot of memeories of playing football out in the street before he and his family moved away.

Joe and I became lifelong friends during the summer of '64 when we played baseball with the Harbor Area Boys Club. He had the coolest glove a Wilson A2000 and we were on the same team. We remained friends for 62 years and enjoyed many family celebrations, golfing and watching our families growing up. Joe had battled thru 7 weeks of chemo and was getting ready for radiation that would reduce the tumor in his lung. He had a nice family celebration Easter afternoon and had a heart attack that evening. Joe was a veteran, father and the most incredible grandfather oh and a "Deadhead" attending 3-4 hundred concerts. Damn I miss that guy!
