Diane Sampson Robbins

After a delayed, then overextended adolescence, I decided to get serious about college in 1977. I completed my general ed at OCC, then transferred to CSULB and received my BA in Psychology in 1979. I met my eventual husband, Bruce, while doing volunteer counseling at an outpatient community counseling center. In 1982, I completed my master's degree and got licensed as a Marriage, Family, and Child Counselor in 1984 and started a private practice. Bruce and I got married and moved to Huntington Beach in 1986. I completed a degree in Psycology and became a licensed psychologist in 1996. I have a private practice in Huntington Beach and also provide training and supervision for MFT students. Alas, no children, but I do have a fulfilling career which includes a lot of re-parenting...
