Little Steven Duba was such a unpretentious guy with a quick smile and a hi. I am so sorry to all that I failed to recall this classmate that died in his second or third year at Mesa. Some of us are more fortunate but there is an important place for all in no pre prioritized order. You are there Steven for all that you touched with your presence and pleasant manner.

Steve was a wonderful guy. He was a neighbor while growing up in Costa Mesa. He had a heart that encompassed all that he met and made them friends. Unfortunately, it was because of that heart that he died. What a sweet guy and even more, a fantastic friendShelley Tork (Raker)
I have often thought of Steve Duba over the years. Once, I tried to track down his parents to tell them what a great guy I thought he had been. He had a bad heart and had to limit activities even back in elementary school. He was also very small in stature. Steve was always kind; I really enjoyed him and was so sad when he died at such an early age.
